About Stephen Cohen, President

Keystone By Design. Inc. was founded in 1998 and incorporated in 2001.

Keystone By Design provides marketing support to business, including web design and promotional product distribution. Mr. Cohen built his first web site in 1995 and has developed dozens of sites for for-profit and not-for-profit businesses. He has over forty years experience in sales and marketing, serving as Sales Vice President and Director of Marketing for several health insurance-related entities. He became a promotional products distributor in 20076.

• Mr. Cohen is a Past Chair of SCORE Pittsburgh (non-profit that helps aspiring entrepreneurs start a business)
• He is District Coordinator of the AARP Tax-Aide Program for Allegheny County-East, where his team of thirty-five volunteers prepares over 2,000 returns each tax season
• He serves as an appointed Election Judge in the 14th Ward, 33st District since 2012; and
• He currently serves as Co-President of New Light Congregation, a Conservative, Jewish congregation in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh, PA since 2015.

Steve enjoys biking - having ridden from Pittsburgh to Washington on the Great Allegheny Trail in 2007.
